How much notice is needed to book? 

 Typically, for events over 50 people you should book at least a month in advance to ensure we are able to meet your needs for the event. However, please just text us and ask if we are available! If we are we will accomodate! 

Do you do platters? 

At this time we do not offer personal platters. The smallest serving available is 1/2 pan 

How do I heat my food?

We recommend heating your food for 30-45min in the oven at 350F. Monitor to ensure overcooking does not occur.
